1)    Hamphotos.com can be used by licensed Radio Amateurs across the globe. By accessing the content on our website or clicking on you agree while prompted by Hamphotos, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Hamphotos.

2)    Photos related to Amateur Radio/Ham Radio can be uploaded to the site. Hamphotos allows you to upload and post photos related to ham radios on the website. You will agree not to duplicate, copy, reproduce, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Photographs, access to the Service, or use of the Service, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without written permission from us.

3)    Photos related to other technology/hobby interests or general photos which may be of interest to the community can be posted but may be limited to 20% in terms of the number of photos uploaded.

4)    Photos unrelated to the hobby any objectionable or explicit content, if found will be removed by the website administrator. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

5)    It will be the responsibility of the Radio Amateur to keep their individual page in a decent and presentable form.  Kindly avoid creating an account and keeping it there without uploading photographs. Such inactive, redundant accounts may get removed from the site.

6)    Every care will be taken to preserve the photos in its original form with a reliable back-up system. However, the site administration does not guarantee this. Some photos may be lost due to a problem beyond our control. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

7)    The personal details you enter may be visible to those who sign-in to the website. You can opt to hide the email ID by selecting it under your Edit Profile page. You hereby grant to Hamphotos the right to use and publish your name, trademark, trade name, or other identifiers in connection with identifying and attributing your Photographs and User Content

9)    Hamphotos.com uses certain cookies and by using our services you consent to the use of cookies. 

10) This is a non-commercial web site. The product details you see only provide a link to the respective websites.

11) Hamphotos will verify the license before joining the community and is found that the users are not related to ham radio in any sense, we will be removing you from the website. Call signs will strictly be verified.
